ABOUT FIT IT IN FITNESS
Fit It In Fitness was founded in January of 2010 by Danielle Tetreault to enhance the lives of as many passionate individuals as possible. The purpose of Fit It In Fitness is to
“build more than a body, build a life.” Fitness is simply the vehicle that allows a community to come together and strive for overall personal improvement; mindset, nutrition and fitness.
Fit It In Fitness provides a well balanced approach to a new lifestyle; goal setting extravaganzas, nutrition seminars, fitness/nutrition challenges, group fitness and personalized program design.
At FII there is a way to make a change for every passionate person and level of ability.

environment. They will help you build a better life!
Danielle founded Fit It In Fitness in 2010 to enhance the lives of as many people as possible.
Prior to making her passion her business, Danielle attended New England College where she played intercollegiate basketball while earning a Bachelor of
Art in both, Kinesiology and Sport & Recreation Management.
Since graduating she has followed her passion, fueled her fire and increased her knowledge by attending an internship at Mike Boyle Strength
& Conditioning and joining a mentorship with Results Fitness, CA. Most recently she has joined the well-known Todd Durkin Mastermind,
where their purpose is to “create IMPACT and inspire greatness every day.” It is a program that allows like-minded and passionate, fitness
professionals share, teach and learn to be “1% better every day” for the better of all of their clients.
The most exciting part of the experience for Danielle is coaching her people. She loves to Dig Deep with clients both in and out of the gym, setting goals, developing mindset and crushing workouts.
Mike is a highly motivated coach who has been a
part of the Fit It In team since 2009. His enthusiasm for fitness has helped himself and our Fit It In clients
transform from unmotivated individuals to driven exercise enthusiasts.
His experience at World Class health and fitness seminars and here at our
facility have led him to design and implement incredible group classes sure to
give the metabolic boost you are looking for…and then some!
Mike pushes himself just as hard as he demands of everyone else.
He will never back down from a challenge and he leads with a confident
attitude because he believes in 110% effort at all times. With his leadership
and eagerness, Fit It In is sure to bring its best everyday!
Zach has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He
is also American Red Cross CPR/AEF and First Aid certified.
While at UMass Lowell, Zach accumulated extensive experience working in physical therapy
clinics along with speed and strength coaching while interning at the Institute of Performance
Fitness in North Reading, MA. Extremely intrigued by both the rehab process and sports
performance, Zach hopes to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in the future.
Zach has a strong athletic background within hockey, track, and baseball. He promotes total
body fitness, wellness, and mobility as a means for an active and healthy lifestyle. Zach enjoys
working with clients committed to becoming the best versions of themselves. He believes training
should allow one to balance their life goals while progressing towards their fitness and
athletic goals in a purposeful and enjoyable environment.
Zach's interests include competing in triathlons, skiing, and all things hockey.
