Travel Circuit #2

This is mostly a body-weighted workout. A resistance band (for overhead presses, bicep curls) and jump rope will be required for this workout.

Warm Up

Foam Roll

Use the foam roller and lacrosse ball to prepare your muscles for this workout. Do this for 8 minutes.

Warm Up!

  1. 10 Half Kneeling Ankle Mobility, each side
  2. 10 Shoulder Shrugs F/B
  3. 10 Windmills
  4. 10 Floor Rows, each arm
  5. 10 High Knee Pulls, each leg
  6. 10 Spiders with a Twist, each side

Workout

Complete the circuits below.

Circuit 1: 5 minutes (as many rounds as possible)
  1. 10 Jumping Jacks
  2. 10 Squat with Knee Press
  3. 10 Skips, each leg
  4. 10 Leg Drops, each leg
  5. 10 Scapular Pushups
  6. 10 Lateral Squats, each leg

2 minute rest.

Circuit 2: 5 minutes (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  1. Jump Rope
  2. 2 Step Shuffle
  3. Fast Feet

2 minute rest.

Circuit 3: 5 minutes (as many rounds as possible)
  1. 20 Overhead Band Press
  2. 20 Band Curls
  3. 20 Dips
Final Circuit: Repeat Twice
  1. Wall Figure Four Stretch, 30 seconds each leg
  2. 6 Inch Worm to Scapular Pushup
